Mindfulness Self Compassion 8 Week Course

What: MSC is an 8 week empirically-supported, training program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion. MSC teaches core principles and practices that enable participants to respond to life challenges, difficult emotions and moments of suffering with kindness, care and understanding.

Goals of the Group: 

  • Motivate yourself with kindness rather than self-criticism.

  • Cultivate a regular mindfulness practice.

  • Handle difficult emotions and moments of suffering with greater ease.

  • Transform challenging relationships.

  • Reduce stress and anxiety.

  • Increased connection with self & others.

Who: Anyone 18+ looking for news ways and tools to engage with challenges, difficulties and moments of suffering.  

When: MSC is an 8 week course held on Tuesday Evenings at 4:00 starting January 7th  2025

Sliding Scale Exchange: $200-$320 for 8 week course
